Vielleicht habt ihr es schon in einem anderen Beitrag gelesen, aber Dank Corona darf ich nun zwei Wochen im Zwangsurlaub daheim sitzen. Die erste Woche ist vorbei und ich habe bereits 5 Bücher gelesen. Zu vier davon gibt es hier meine Kurzmeinung. Gerade bin ich sehr bei Jugendthrillern und Science-Fiction angelangt, also kommen alle vier Bücher aus diesen Bereichen.

Mein Senf dazu
Das Buch war einmal in irgendeiner Buchbox als Zusatzbuch drinnen und jetzt hatte ich richtig Lust drauf. Es soll eine Neuinterpretation von Jane Eyre sein, da ich das Original aber nicht kenne war es für mich einfach ein tolles Sci-Fi Buch. Ich mochte die Geschichte und wie sich alles entwickelt hat, außerdem gab es ein paar Geheimnisse und Intrigen. Vor allem aber die Charaktere mochte ich hier sehr gerne. Es ist ein Einzelband und daher ist das Ende auch wirklich schön in sich abgeschlossen, also ich kann das Buch nur empfehlen.

Mein Senf dazu
Ich liebe ja A.V. Geiger und da musste ihr neues Buch gleich nach Erscheinen her. Jetzt habe ich es auch gelesen und es kommt für mich zwar nicht al Follow me back heran, aber es ist dennoch ein guter Jugendthriller. Hier haben wir es mit einigen Programmiergenies zu tun, die eine App weiter entwickeln. Aber in dem Sommercamp passiert noch viel mehr, was keiner von ihnen ahnt. Das Ende war ein bisschen vorhersehbar und ich wusste recht schnell, wer hier der Böse ist, aber trotzdem wurde ich gut unterhalten.

Ich mochte andere Bücher der Autorin richtig gern, aber bei diesem hier war ich die meiste Zeit nur gelangweilt. Es passierte nichts außer ein bisschen Teenie-Drama, es kam keine Spannung auf und mir war eigentlich egal, wer der Mörder ist. Für mich waren alle Figuren gleich, hatten keine Tiefe, bis auf Parker, und daher konnte ich auch keine Verbindung zu ihnen aufbauen. Leider hat mir dieses Buch nicht so gut gerfallen, obwohl der Plot ganz vielversprechend kling.

Mein Senf dazu
Ich habe bereits Illuminae geliebt und diesen Schinken habe ich auch in zwei Tagen beendet. Ein bisschen hat mir hier die KI Aiden gefehlt, denn der hat den ersten Teil erst so richtig gut gemacht, aber dennoch war die Handlung spannend, die Charaktere ausgereift und alles in allem war das Buch wieder ein totales Highlight. Dieses Mal haben die Helden gegen eine Gruppe von BeiTech anzutreten, die eine ganze Station zerstören wollen. Ich war von der ersten bis zur letzten Seite gefesselt, einfach grandios.
